Location: Hyde Park, UT Reports to: Dispatcher Position Summary: Our truck drivers are responsible for picking up and delivering equipment. This involves loading and unloading equipment in a timely manner and receiving in equipment by filling out the proper paperwork,. Our drivers report to their proper dispatcher and are given clear instructions for what the days load consists of. We take pride in the fact that our drivers are home every day. Our loads are scheduled in advance which gives us the ability to be flexible and prioritize the delivering and receiving process. Essential Functions, Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Follow all customer care standards.
  • Receive shipments, identify equipment from shipments, and place equipment in the proper area.
  • Pull from inventory and deliver equipment in a timely fashion.
  • Adhere to good housekeeping and contamination control standards.
  • Unload and load freight trucks properly and secure loads.
  • Inspect equipment for damages caused by customers before loading.
  • Respect, advocate, and follow workplace safety requirements.
  • Accomplish training and participate with the company's strategic programs and projects.
  • Follow and promote the company's vision, mission, and values.
  • Complete the work above in accordance with company policies, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Inspect the vehicles that are present for cleanliness and check the fuel levels and make ready for the next use.
  • Load and bind equipment being moved.
  • Helping customers with basic machine functions when needed.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with others through teamwork.
  • Ability to operate all vehicles 26,000 lbs GVW and above.
  • Ability to load and unload heavy equipment. Tractors, balers, mini excavators, track loaders, etc.
  • Must have knowledge of DOT laws and regulations.
  • Consistent attendance is essential.
Education and Experience:
  • Proof of high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • Proof of CDL and acceptable driving record.
  • Must be able to communicate in English (speak, read, write, and comprehend).
Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to accomplish any of the following for long periods of time: sit, walk, stand, climb stairs; reach, lean, twist with product/equipment; push and pull product/equipment.
  • Must be able to meet all safety requirements for applicable safety policies.

Location: Hyde Park, UT Reports to: Service Manager Position Summary: The Service Technician is responsible for delivering excellent customer service through service repairs. This involves answering customers' service inquiries, providing needed repairs in a timely manner, and effectively maintaining the shop area and service vehicles. Cache Equipment is dedicated to providing a work environment where technicians feel valued and constantly have opportunities to fine tune their skills and abilities. We strive to provide the feedback and training necessary to further your career and help you maintain good standing relationships with customers. Essential Functions, Duties & Responsibilities: Troubleshoot, service and repair a variety of Ag equipment, providing outstanding customer service through your interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.
  • Follow all customer care standards and provide customers with solutions.
  • Repair equipment in shop, field or customer location.
  • Utilize a computer/laptop to maintain service reports and other necessary paperwork.
  • Communicate with customers and supervisors regarding equipment status.
  • Maintain a service vehicle with appropriate tools.
  • Manage time efficiently and work with minimal supervision.
  • Advocate and exemplify safety and safe working habits using proper safety equipment not limited to hand, face and eye protection.
  • Accomplish training and participate in the company's strategic programs and projects.
  • Complete all work in accordance with company policies, guidelines, and procedures.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Mechanic/technician experience - ideally two years' experience, background in ag equipment repair is a plus..
  • Ability to competently use all mechanical and electronic diagnostic tools to complete repairs.
  • Ability to find, understand and apply any technical information from computers, manuals of other guides.
  • Ability to use computer systems for time entry, preparation of service reports and other necessary paperwork.
  • Consistent attendance.
  • Must provide own tools.
  • Work extended hours with minimal notice.
Education and Experience:
  • Proof of high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • Proof of driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Must be able to communicate in English (speak, read, write, and comprehend).
Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to accomplish any of the following for long periods of time: sit, walk, stand, climb stairs; reach, lean, twist with product/equipment; push and pull product/equipment.
  • Must be able to meet all safety requirements for applicable safety policies.
  • Variety in what you repair, tractors, balers, windrowers, etc.
  • Note: exposure to extreme fumes, extreme temperatures, high noise level, and dirt.

Position Summary: The Service Manager will have responsibility for overseeing assigned branch, which includes the growth and development of assigned employees The Service Manager will ensure the continued growth of the customer base and financial performance through the alignment of systems, people and processes. The Service Manager works with support functions to ensure the timeliness of pricing, goodwill, warranty and technical communication. Also, works with the Parts Department as needed to ensure quality customer experiences. The Service Manager will have responsibility for shop supplies, tooling, cost control measures and building maintenance related to shop areas and any other applicable miscellaneous items associated with the local service area. Duties & Responsibilities:   • Supervises employees. Performs annual performance review and determines compensation increases. • Communicates Service goals to service teams, provides resources and direction, and ensures goals are met. • Coaches and advises Service Writer and Field Service Techs, where applicable and as needed, to ensure positive employee and customer relations, customer care consistent with brand promise, adherence to the work order process, repair quality control issues. • Ensure Service Fleet Vehicles are properly maintained. • Maintains a high level of customer relations and responds to customer inquiries and resolves customer complaints. • Works with employees to ensure customer needs are being met. • Ensures warranty, service policy, and goodwill is addressed and processed within company guidelines. • Resolves employee and work group problems in a timely manner. • Works with Service Writer to manage work in progress and ensures timely closing of work orders. • Maintains good working relationships with staff and other departments. • Performs other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Knowledge and use of Microsoft computer products or other comparable systems required. • Proven conflict resolution skills. • Proven skills in written and verbal communications, planning, organizing, leadership and interpersonal relationship building. • Ability to set and manage priorities. • Must be a self-starter and able to work without supervision. Education and Experience: • Proof of high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED). • Five years or more of Ag industry experience preferred. • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
